UV LEDs - packaged devices

E Wave has been providing UV LEDs since 2000, when we developed 380 nm LEDs for illuminating screen phosphors. At present, E Wave can provide UV LEDs, in both TO packaged versions (with AR coated windows if required) and low cost SMDs (PLCC package with with silicone fill). E Wave can produce custom UV arrays, such as high resolution monolithic arrays and high power arrays on high thermal conductivity heat sinks.
