LED chips are InGaN material. Wavelength Tolerance: standard sort is +- 2.5 nm. Tighter tolerances available. Intensity Grade: Intensities shown are guaranteed minimum. Higher grades may be possible depending on the volume required. Chips can also be sorted for specific intensity range (min and max). Forward Voltage: All chips are probed for forward voltage. Chips can be sorted by voltage also, eg 0.1 mV tolerance. |

Visible LEDs - packaged devices
E Wave can provide 350 x 350 um LED chips packaged in standard 3 mm, 5 mm plastic, SMD and TO packages. The1x1 mm chips, nominally referred to as '1W devices' can be packaged in high power PLCC packages (SMD or leaded) with silicone infill.
Other custom devices, such as chips mounted on ceramic submounts with epoxy moldings, high power chip arrays, and high resolution linear arrays can also be provided. Please see Custom LED Products for examples, or contact us with your requirements.
