Conflict Minerals Statement: Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, Gold

In keeping with EICC guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), E Wave’s suppliers will be asked for:

1. Confirmation that goods supplied to E Wave do not contain any of the following:

Conflict Minerals: Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten or Gold, from the Democratic Republic of Congo (or surrounding countries).

Extended Minerals: Cobalt, Copper, Graphite, Lithium, Mica or Nickel, from conflict affected and high risk areas.

2. To name the smelters that the any of the above materials come from.

Suppliers that are initially unable to confirm points 1. and 2. above will be asked to renew their efforts to do so. In the event that suppliers are unable to comply with points 1. and 2. above, E Wave will seek alternative suppliers where possible.
